The Verdani Partners team is a resource for our entire company and will support our programs remotely from San Diego, California. In partnering with Verdani Partners we receive the resources of an experienced sustainability team, led by Daniele Horton, Jeff Dunbar, Scott Lemoine, and Mohit Shah. GID established an inter-department Sustainability Team comprised of Matt Bernstein (Portfolio & Asset Management), Mark Conopka (Portfolio & Asset Management), Lauren Beeman (Acquisitions), Micheal Ferguson (Windsor), Susan Kamiskas (Windsor), Spencer Howell (Urban Development Group), and Matthrew Tisdale (Legal). GID INVESTMENT ADVISERS UPDATE

We are excited to announce the first issue of GID's Sustainability Newsletter, which provides an update on the key initiatives from our newly implemented company-wide Sustainability Program. The Program is focused on increasing value and improving the efficiency of our portfolio by minimizing energy, water, and waste consumption reducing operating costs improving occupant health and creating better living spaces.
